Why can everyone be proud except White-American-Males in America? Americans?

Yeah, yeah, yeah but to claim the good old " Nro's College Fun, Black Caucus, BET, Hispanic caucus, Telemondo and so on but if anything happens to be by majority white its deemed racist, why?
