Could my sister in law become a bad influence to my 22 month old daughter?

As your daughter gets older ask your sister in law(as respectfully as possible) to tone it down around the child. That's common courtesy. As for your daughter, you can't completely control who she looks up to...but you can instill your values into her and hope that she takes them to heart :)
