Liberal Democrats calling Libya attack unconstitutional, are they correct?

Liberal Democrats think defending their own family is a bad thing. I am guessing it is not unconstitutional or it wouldn't have happened. Of course, lately, we call anything we disagree with unconstitutional don't we?
