Also, some universities may have posted it on their campus website for free student access, like Purdue or Stanford, for starters. You could also do the Frosh student thing and see if Wikipedia has a link that could help you find it. If worse comes to worse, there is always Amazon.com since they might have other links associated with the text you want.
