I have a renter in my home and the property is going into foreclosure but has not yet I gave him notice yet?

I gave him notice per my attorney but he has not payed junes rent I asked him if he was moving July1, and june was his last month rent so i could return his security deposit or was he applying it to july rent, it wasn't the full amount, he said he was not moving and expected his full deposit back and had no intention of paying any rent. Can he live there for free even though the property has yet to be foreclosed on and I still own it.
