Is Caucus Russian fail state?

No,its a failed nations. But Russia as a state failed too. We need reforms,good reforms! like in law and education,to educate barbarian societies of Caucasus and grow up new generation of russians which will not be like we are now. If we want live good we need change ourself,but its the most hard,because we need to kill "sovok" mentality.
