Why can't Boehner keep his caucus together?

The Republicans are trying to break the unions, What happens in Egypt can also happen here, and is already here. Boehner is trying to dictate what Republicans should do and how they should think. He wants what is best for his party and constitutes not what is good for the country. Some Republicans disagree with Boehner on his policy's so he is not in charge, he should cry more.
