I have that book too. This would be a lot of work for a scanlation team to manage. No scanlation team has even managed to translate all of Vol 8.5 yet either. Your best bet is to join LiveJournal and become a member of the 'pandorahearts' community. If any part of it gets translated or scanlated, it will likely show up there at some point.
